Lightest Double Stroller
When looking for a lightweight double-stroller, the folded size and weight are important factors to consider. Selecting a stroller that is easy to handle and compact when not when not in use makes it much easier to put into the trunk of your car and navigate through airport security and other foreign streets.
The best lightweight strollers have an easy, intuitive fold that allows them to stand on their own. This reduces stress on the parent's body. Many strollers come with different seating options, and some can accommodate infant car seats.
Kolcraft Cloud Plus
Created for families on the go. Lightweight, with a simple one-hand compact fold. The front suspension and all-terrain wheels and the multi-position reclining seats allow for children to weigh up to 50 pounds. Trays for both children and parents along with a large storage bin and 3-tier extended canopy with peek-a-boo window for maximum sun protection.
The Cloud received one of the lowest scores on our tests of quality due to its thin feel, hard plastic seats and a design that feels dated. It's also costly compared to other lightweight strollers which is why it's not the best choice when you're looking for a budget alternative.
Although it's not the tiniest double stroller, it does have enough features to be worth considering. Its swiveling wheels make it easy to move it around flat surfaces. It also allows you to jump curbs without much effort. The low handle of the Cloud is a disadvantage, however; it's nearly at knee height, and not adjustable. It's not easy to push it while your legs hang in this manner. The lack of padding does not make it any easier.
During our tests and testing, we found the Cloud to be simple to open and set up. To close it, it's a bit more difficult. You need to slide the slider before you press a large white button. This can be a hassle, especially if you're juggling children while doing it.
The Cloud comes with a small, but deep storage basket. It's big enough to fit a large diaper bag. It's a bit narrow however it's likely that you'll need to leave something inside to reach back to take it out. The Cloud comes with two tray for parents and a child tray, each with two cup holders. However, both are too small for larger bottles or cups.

Children who are taller may have a leg hanging in reclined positions. It also has a big canopy that we found to be more effective at blocking out sun than other options in our evaluation of the top double strollers.
The stroller is lightweight enough to to move through door frames. This was an important issue with other strollers we tried. It folds up quickly, and its handlebars are close to the ground, making it easy carrying. The only downside is its limited storage space. When full of kids' stuff it feels cramped.
